Our story
Built by two friends who lived it.
MindConnect started with Vicente — an incredible artist living with schizophrenia — and a friend obsessed with technology, systems, and psychology, asking one simple question:
"Why is getting help so complicated?"
Between them they had lived both sides of it: the waiting lists, the repeated intake forms, the phone calls that went nowhere, and the quiet exhaustion of explaining your story again to someone new. On the other side sat support workers and clinicians who cared deeply, but spent their evenings writing reports instead of resting — and coordinators trying to hold it all together across a dozen disconnected systems.
Nothing about that is anyone's fault. The care exists. The funding exists. The people who want to help exist. They simply don't share a single place to meet. So we started building one — carefully, in the open, and with the people who will actually use it.
MindConnect is early. We would rather say that plainly than overstate what we have today. What we can promise is how we build: privacy first, no dark patterns, plain language, and design shaped by participants, families, support workers and clinicians — not by assumptions about them.
"Good support shouldn't depend on how much energy you have left to chase it."
Our mission
Help people feel seen, supported, and empowered — through better human systems and smarter technology.
What we believe
When the right humans connect with the right support, lives change. The right support system can change someone's entire future.
How we build
Privacy first, plain language, and no dark patterns. We'd rather ship slowly and honestly than promise things we can't yet deliver.
Who shapes it
Participants, families, support workers, coordinators and clinicians. If you'd like a say in what we build next, join early access and tell us.
