MindConnect is in development. Any screens, dashboards or product visuals shown on this website are illustrative previews only. Features described may change, be delayed, or not be released. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

Not affiliated with the NDIA

MindConnect is an independent business. We are not the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and we do not speak on its behalf. References to the NDIS describe the context we work in.

• Do not submit another person's details without their permission.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site.

Intellectual property

The MindConnect name, logo, content and design on this website belong to us, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We provide this website "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as MindConnect develops. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
